Turnbull is a moderate and has the ability to put forward a compelling argument but is also willing to listen, some thing Abbott has not been able to do.

With Huge voter support Turnbull is in a position to put forward some unpopular policy that may lose some support but not enough to threaten his position and if it works out he recovers the support.

Dare say Turnbull can boost consumer and Business confidence from day one.
