IMO Senegal wasn't the big news in the IBD pack, I was actually disappointed in how little new information / insights there were - I guess it's not their place in the JV to come out with anything too bold.
The cheap expansion for Pluto was what surprised me. $650/t - translates to just under $1B for a 1.5mta train. Considering how much WPL spent on Pluto train 1 at ~5mta - this is in my estimates one of the most exciting things for WPL in the IBD.
