There is no doubt..imo, that WPL wish to 'expand the West Africa Hub'... FARs nuisance 15% will be taken out, when it suits WPL.. no need to over pay... just subtly apply pressure they cannot absorb... anyone that cannot see this happening, as I type, needs a reality check.. imo. Meanwhile WPL will continue to pitch for new acreage, or Total farmins, whilst looking over their shoulder at the ever changing, and seriously worrying political situation,,imo. DYOR
