    PS - I find that DRC contract of a 35 USD for any reserve over 200ktn Cu TRULY bizarre. Does this need to be paid upon certification?!

    I have never seen such a ludicrous proposal. It will effectively limit exploration in the region, and will make it hard to prove up enough resources to finance a large mine.

    Anyone else think that someone in the DRC government is a buffoon?
