Don't stress - backing it up with sales is a later concern. Just getting the initial human TAVR done and approval to sell will re-rate the hell out of this thing as $8B+ USD pa market with limited competitors who are flogging inferior tech. Look at other med-tech companies that are yet to generate even $1 in revenue from operations with > $250M market caps. All hype (reasonable or otherwise).
