    On Thursday, the broader market rallied while NCP fell. The next day, we found out why. The broader market was WRONG. Whoever controls NCP, obviously has more idea about what will happen in USA.

    Today NCP fell hard while the broader market rebounded. Is this the same situation? If the rebound is the start of a rally, why isnt NCP leading it?
