IMHO Trump had to make some sort of deal as he had delayed as long as he could, which if he is back in power he can reverse, but the date of a reversal of the market still relies of the Fed being able to print enough money to keep the share market pumping until the election in Nov 2020
The danger being that if they pump too much the presses will catch fire and burn ( Not a literal term)
There is certainly money to be made in the short term but please be quick on your feet to stay safe
