What is it with this pretentious PM that makes him want to pretend to be busily scribbling away when at his chair in parliament? It just shows disrespect for parliament.
When he was opposition leader he never looked at the government leader or speakers, ostentatiously pretending to be writing or having a deep discussion with his front bench with his back turned.
It's so contrived - he's a worry.
