No I dont believe the Roka Phasha have the title to Eerstegeluk but they arent the one's to mislead the Con court into believing they do, it was a play on words "but has successfully lodged a land claim for its formal restoration to the Community" successsfully lodged does not mean granted. I do believe the Roka Phasha are the traditional owners of Eerstegeluk and to have the surface rights means paying taxes, pretty understandable that a impoverished community can not do that. Also under which Act are they referring? If either side had proof of ownership they would of produced the documention by now to settle this. The South African Government is the owner and will do as they see fit. Also why are you writing a post to Rodney to ask his opinion when everyone knows full well that you know eachother out side of hotcopper, it seems childish.
