    does anyone have a clue what is really going on?

    I cannot understand why JGL do not advise us what is actually happening. Lets face it we cannot trade the stock and any other listed company that is in negotiation with JGL should also have been suspended.As this has not occurred then most likely it is a merger/takeover of an unlisted entity.
