If I have 1M shares at 1c cost and share was 1.4c currently and was expecting/hoping for good news and had the capital to create a falls depth of buy @ 2c then the theory is that other less informed punters will put an order in 2.1c hence I have esentially created a falls market. $$$$ for me thanks!
False bidding in illegale in auctions so I cant see why it is legitamised on stocks. Its people with money wanting more money and playing games at the expense of less fortunate. Karma is cool. Once day they will do those, the news will be bad and they for some reason cant exit the market. Its a risky game they play.
