I don't disagree with anything you have said MD and I would say you have as good a grasp of the state of play with regards AGS as anyone. Certainly approaching the situation with a healthy dose of realism is a must.
Personally I have seen very little of comments posted by company's management or associates. Admittedly I don't follow too many closely as PLV is the only one that comes to mind.
I also highly doubt that vespasian is receiving info directly but it is naive to think that management in companies don't discuss things with their mate, wife, hairdresser, hell it could be a lawyer, accountant or anyone close to a company that has the potential to pass on confidential info.
As far as I can see management have a credibility issue because of their actions and the CC, not because of vespasian and a little innuendo.
I have often wondered whether the ASX has any tools at its disposal to establish facts for the benefit of small shareholders, you would think they have some responsibility as the market regulator.
