i keep going back to thinking how the BB's like to operate...that is , answerable to no one and completely private...theres just no way they want ags in this operation...they are bound to throw an offer at ags at some point....just dont think it is going to be even in the ball park of what some expect.....then i think of those words from jm...'you have enough to go to court with'...so why didn't they..didn't try for more discovery ?....i dont think any of us have the slightest farging clue whats going on here !! i know i dont
