This is one of the few stocks I consider is more a question of when it will run rather than will it, and I am of the opinion it will be much sooner than people expect.
For want of a better analogy, the ducks are all lined up the way I see it:-
- chance that it will be cashflow positive in 2012 through additional contracts being secured
- sufficient working capital for next two (2) years
- not anticipated any further capital raisings / dilution
- major international interest which one could assume will lead to a deal with one of the majors MLA is associated with
- starting to attract media attention and speculation from various research houses - Wise Owl , Reuters etc
bio's and pharma's are definately in the limelight, as evidenced by a peer today running in excess of 250%. if comparisons were to be made, I would consider ALT in a much stronger overall position from most accounts.
we are due for news and I expect the market to take much more notice of any positive / price sensitive releases this year
