I will put myself out here and say this, Tis is no longer a spec as it has a tested product with a proposed plan and strategy for sales and production. I would no categories it as fledgling medical supplier. A spec would be one trying to sell a possible product, not a real and tested already packaged ready to market medical breakthrough.
