I understand the design, as a functional automobile,
is crap, and the build quality is crap. Some of the
faults, like the door lock design and the screen
sticking out of the middle of the dashboard is
seriously dangerous.
Obviously, Tesla should be able to poach some
of the best engineering design talent available
from Ford, GM, Toyota et al, so why aren't these
cars, that cost a, relative, fortune, any good?
Is it all about making as much money as possible
before the gullible consumer sees the light?
Real automobile manufacturers, who learned
all the lessons the hard way, would not be able
to get away with the con job.
