From today's quarterly report: "The conciliation process undertaken with Mt Carbine Quarries Pty Ltd has led to an agreement by which the parties intend to appoint their respective lawyers to oversee the potential buyout arrangements for Mt Carbine Quarries Pty Ltd who are conducting quarry activities at the Mt Carbine mine site [and are the owners of the mining license]."
No resolution at all, just "intentions" and "potential". Consequently, the mining sublease remains in limbo as we had been made aware in the preceding quarterly report.
Otherwise the usual nonsense. Diversification in gold, while they had divested of all their gold projects not too long ago. Way to go!
