    Hi there cmonaussie,

    that really is good news and somewhat surprising.What you have explained here about the leases does release some of the pressure on the company.I think these are the type of issues which need greater clarification by Steve,so hopefully with his pledge to improve his communication with shareholders will help in this regard.
