I always had a feeling that the lease expiry situation was not as dismal had some had made it out to be, GGP would have never parted with such a substantial amount of money for leases they had no immediate funding for.
As expected this topic has been more of a diversion than anything else, as the ability and plan to hold on to leases has never been in doubt IMO.
