Would highly suspect not - LOL. There seems to always be a point where the speculation of good solid news, in this case the inevitable lease extension (Which more importantly will provide another two years of looking for 'U'), begins to accelerate the purchase process of any shares.
Some other recent plays were MGX with their rights issue, or NXS with the reserve results very near - This is what the whole share market is about; 'Perfect Timing'. Who really knows what a compnay is worth? The simple answer, even though it is evidently a rhetorical question is - Noboby!
