Hi LSM,

Yeah, its pretty much today it either sticks with Lease rates and starts moving up, or disconnects as it did last March and fall with Oil.

London open was up last night, which is a positive, but then it didn't hold with ECB keeping their rates on hold.

Think if Fed drop rates in a couple weeks, then it would merge well, probabilities of Fed increasing rates at next meet has dropped alot recently, almost zero, so outside chance they can now start going negative.
