Just had a closer look at Kitco's numbers, reckon they just forgot to add the LIBOR rate to get the total Lease rate.

Kitco's lease rates are exactly the negative of the Gold Forward Rates, and since the LIBOR rates aren't zero, (don't think any banks are lending out cash at 0%), then Kitco have stuffed up.
