the only problem is, is that they have been saying this for the past few years. when kcn tried to take over andean, the andean directors raised this as an issue, but kcn glossed over the matter, with the standard ¨the leases will be granted¨.
sure, there are compelling reasons why the leases should be granted - but shareholders are told, that it simply needs to be signed of!!!!. maybe their is a shortage of pens in thailand, who knows.
watso noticed that ¨consultants¨ are in the running to get some free options. watso wonders who these consultants are - could they be consultants involved in trying to ensure that they can source a pen in thailand, so that the relevant minister can sign the bit of paper
