ShareThisDrinks distributor ABV Cambridge Ltd has reinforced its commitment to Huntingdon by agreeing a new lease on its 1,951 sq ft unit at Roman Way Industrial Estate in Godmanchester.
Lambert Smith Hampton�s Cambridge office negotiated the deal for landlord, Valad Property Group. Among its broad product portfolio, ABV distributes Sun Lik Beer, the UK�s No.1 draught Chinese beer, which is brewed under strict licence from The Hong Kong Brewery Ltd by Shepherd Neame Ltd.
It is brewed according to its original oriental recipe using only the finest barley hops, malt and natural spring water, with the addition of rice. The Roman Way unit comprises industrial space incorporating roller shutter access, offices, WC facilities and good onsite parking. The estate is secured with palisade fencing around the perimeter and the entrance gates are locked at night.
Nick Thompson, head of industrial for LSH Cambridge, said: �The tenant has been on the estate for the last three years and wanted to stay in occupation as the estate provides good quality, cost effective business units.
�ABV Cambridge Limited is a storage and distribution company that benefits hugely form the good situation and transport links Roman Way provides. The estates location enables them to carry out their supply of alcoholic beverages to shops and restaurants without the hassle of restricted access.�
There are various units available at the scheme to let on new full repairing and insuring leases for terms to be agreed. Flexibility can also be provided in the lease terms.
