    I just hope a lot more people do the same. It is important not to nominate the chairman as your proxy. nomimate Alan Baker or Conrad Comino as indicated in the mailout from the dissidents.
    Otherwise Jones can use your proxy to vote on any new resolution he allows to be introduced.
