Can anyone confirm what the ASX takeover rules are exactly? In the olden days, in order for anyone to gain control interest in a company it was 51%? Is there anything exceptional on ASX that stipulates thresholds for seat on the board, controlling interest?

I realise it's largely academic with a current acceptance of 2%...
