It's just sabre rattling, a last desperate throw of the dice to get as many of us to accept their shares.
In actual fact the number of shares that have gone over to them has decreased between the dates of their last announcement on 5th May and this one on the 13th May, if you go by their own percentage figures.
5th May % was 2.282
12th May % was 2.162
But note how this time they have not put down the actual number of shares so that the fact of that decrease is not immediately apparent.
Nothing has changed on the fundamentals of their company, they have very limited working capital, very early and expensive to progress prospects, and absolutely no takers on the farm in front.
We didn't want them months ago when this started and we don't want them now.
This posturing about what they might or might not do if they become a substantial shareholder is just meaningless bluster at these sort of % take ups
A two or three % holding gives them absolutely zilch power, not even the power to make a nuisance of themselves.
