the la jolla cash has obviously ended. even La Jolla can't run a convertible note shell game with a sub 1c stock.
esi has no other apparent source of funding to carry on. the directors and ceo have bailed. this is called voting with your feet. if they thought more money was available would they have scarpered? of course not.
all that normally gets left behind in these situations are a group of baffled shareholders holding worthless stock.
