I can't imagine it will make much difference to Commonwealth Bank, but at least I'll feel better about where I spend my money:

sent in a request today to transfer my portfolio across to Westpac's online broking

to Westpac's online broking.

Due to recent media reports regarding Commonwealth Bank's refusal to
refinance Oz Minerals I now consider my position as a commsec customer
untenable. It's not just the issue regarding OZL, but I have several
companies in my portfolio which will be requiring some level of
refinancing (incl. with Commonwealth Bank) in the next 12-24 months.

I would also request that you could please forward my complaint in an
official form to management of Commsec and/or Commonwealth Bank's
commercial lending dept.
