I'd like to give PB the benefit of doubt.

I reckon issuing 47.5 million shares to Genting and a further 500,000 to the public will set the stage for a successfully listing day one.
If LNC shares perform in Singapore it will wett the appetite for future llisting of NEC in the future and bring home the bacon for Lnc shareholders if the NEC is a successful IPO
