Yes, he'll be on a good pay packet.....and I'm mildly concerned about the incentive programs lack of detail. But that said, if he and the new board members get some lucrative deals - well, I'm happy to see them rewarded in line with their contracts and KPI's. As long as the shareholders are rewarded too....with an SP that gains a little market respect. Would be nice if they get a move on and the options in action....I voted yes and I expect virtually all shareholders will do the same. Really refreshing possibilities being floated and I'll be waiting to be impressed.
