Relating to the old/new regime debate, I'd like to know why the board is being expanded. Why do we need to have seven directors?
Can't we let go of some of the deadwood?
I voted against Barry Nazer last year (why stand for re-election to the board of a company that has seen a 99% share price decline since your appointment) and against the remuneration report (to increase the chance of spilling and overhauling the board.)
So maybe we can see this as an opportunity to get rid of the some of the people who presided over creating this train wreck.
