led down the garden path

After all that has been said and done I believe that we have been led down the garden path, when they did the initial cap raise they said Gres was all go then we had the never ending bank drama then they gave themselves a big pay rise that sucked up all the money. Gres was never going to happen because they filled there pockets first and never had the spare cash to meet the terms of Gres.
Now we have a situation the bank accounts are open,no one wants to give them money, they are running out of money.
From my under standing is that Gres is giving them the extra $4m to cover the short fall why haven't they signed off on the paper work.
