Give it 1-2 years and it will most likely be taken over. The share registry is very weak, with the top 20 guys holding only 30%. Once Lumacom generate some revenue with long term contracts, a takeover will come. Too hard to manage the company from Aust - I reckon CCU already got their eye on it, and I bet Totius are watching very closely as well - they haven't sold their shares yet either.
