Not sure if this has been posted earlier but for safety sake I am doing it now.
A clever scam has been discovered. Persons unknown have been buying up ledger wallets, open them nicely, no damage to the packaging and filled in the 20 question code, word card. These words are your only secure way to retrieve you coins should anything go wrong or you loose the Ledger. Then they spray the card with silver paint similar to what you find on scratchy tickets. Next sell these on ebay etc for a lower price than the manufacturer.
When you get one of these Ledgers they look brand new in the packaging and you think they are secure because the code words are hidden. Needles to say the scammer wait to your sums are up and collect all without your knowledge. You only find out when you next look for your balance.
I did order mine from the manufacturers.
