What holders would vote the directors another 10million shares on the back of a sp run?

Would it impact on how people would vote? Intersted in some opinions here.

Our backs aren't up against the wall with this vote. PJ and Co are heavily invested, they need the BFS and Contracts in place just as much as Crisis and I.

If their freebies are rejected I cant see them looking for the door.

He got his consolidation, got his 40c fill and now comes cap in hand for performance freebies. Aren't we paying him 400k per year to get the BFS and Contracts in place?
Or is that to order the water bottle refills at HQ?
