Australian Wine Holdings has appointed a new director.

In a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange yesterday (23 October), the company said it has hired Lee Boyd, former director of Centralian Minerals, Hydrotech International and GSF Corporation.

Boyd also held previous senior positions with Foodland, Cadbury_Schweppes, George Weston Foods and Metro Industries, the company said.
