Good article, what stands out for me is the fact that UNS will need to either raise more money or draw down more debt.
Which one will it be?? Only time will tell but todays ann athough sounds good isnt going to do the company any favours in the near term. A ramp up over 4 years with no minimum to buy is a bit worrying.
