Poor timing if its a placement ... why not wait til post New Year and hopefully issue the shares at twice the current price. Santa rally and all that , plus gold may well break the $850 barrier soon ...
Hoping its not a capital raising as also only hold options and in a cap raising I find option holders usually get treated pretty poorly ... ie exercise or miss out vs losing all the embedded time value buyer pay when purchasing oppies.
