    Fingers crossed we get this permit prior to Christmas

    im atleast 60/40 we get it by this Christmas and not next Christmas

    we have plenty of cash to see us through until almost next Christmas so no rush required

    us long term holders have been waiting 7 years so even 1 more year is only another 15%, not worth worrying about imo
