Cmon TT. The new buyer was always going to have a ceiling. There are no time lines given on the licence, CAY haven't given any and neither has the government. Where did you get these time lines from?
I'm pretty sure EEA will have something to say if they go and spend the $12m in the bank on a new asset, if you look at it, that is their money to advance Minim Martap, not for CAY to go on a spending spree.
