I don't think this reflects that the buyer is selling to create fear. This is accumulation. The buyer is buying. And it looks like it has just stopped. Now we will see the usual small sells that usually dominate this stock return to push the price down. If our new share holder returns soon, there will be a heap of shares for them to absorb.
It's probably strategic. Sit back, take a breath, jump back in.
