It was incubated and demerged from Cardia tech with Cardia shareholders entitled to buy shares at 1c prior to floating. I can rember meeting 2 Boaard Memeber s in sydney .......... years ago after that $2 spike ....they commented on the chnaging atitude of the tanzanian gov............ dopey me being a loyal shareholder should have hit the sell butten..... but of course didnt
