Yes I count myself very lucky, as in my younger days, I dreamt of going to live in South America, as I loved their music and seemingly relaxed approach to life having experienced it, to some degree, whilst visiting Spain.

But fortunately, for me, (but not the inhabitants) there was a brutal military takeover, and soon thereafter having met a person who had fled SA and migrated to Australia, together with the revelation that a number of ex Nazis had chosen various countries in SA as their domicile, changed my desire to live there forever. And, of course, for a long time since there has been an endless line of in brutal military dictatorships.
