The link above is to an article about the Chinese battery giant CATL. I recall seeing the CATL logo appearing in some fluff announcements from Anteo a few years ago. It seems that CATL is very much aware of the need for battery innovation to the extent that it is “willing to provide suppliers with financial support”. Perhaps Anteo don’t qualify as we’re not actually supplying to CATL. But then again, if Anteo’s products are as good as people say, then CATL might be short sighted not to. Or perhaps the corporate geniuses that run Anteo were so certain of the success of the CR that they didn’t care about other sources of funding (but DRs recent trip to La-La Land would suggest he went to MB with cap in hand.)
But, in any case, it seems as if Anteo’s strategy of NOT promoting itself has paid off in spades again…NOT.
