If they are, then, according to the new rules put in place by DR himself then they would have to be funding this. In other words; paying Anteo to help them. I see no evidence of this.
In fact, I would consider such an arrangement to be price sensitive and worthy of an ANN. Again; Continuous Disclosure Rules either being ignored OR no such arrangement exists.
