In fact, if parents were not sending their kids to private schools, the public sector would be absolutely incapable of providing places for them in their schools. High income earners pay school fees for their own kids and help educate public schools as well by their taxes.

Why do my taxes pay for schools when I have no kids? Could I let the government know I am going to opt-out of paying the education portion of my taxes?
