So the problem is not that aboriginal people are dying in custody, but that they are committing so many crimes. Why no lefty angst about this?

Somewhat slightly tangent, does anyone know if the rates of imprisonment for Torres Strait Islanders are different to Aboriginals? They always get lumped in with Aboriginals yet I have no idea if they should on this topic.
