A 58 year old nurseryman who has cut flowers for 15 years and who now loses his job because the street stalls aren't buying flowers thanks to lockdowns, shouldn't be equated with a 17 year old who has minimal job skills/experience. All well and good for you to decide that because he grows and cuts flowers that means he should now pick oranges but, tasks like fruit picking are physically demanding. Push the youngies with strength and vigor to do it.
