Good point Olive. However, I have to niggle over one point. He said "Washington ordered the USS Abraham Lincoln, 20 support ships and more than 9000 troops to sail from Hong Kong." Only the Abraham Lincoln, and its crew, was in Hong Kong. There were not US troops or 20 support ships. I should know, I live in HK.
